Delete Your Field Report Account
Effective Date: July 28, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Field Report account, what data is deleted, what is retained, and for how long. It applies to the Field Report mobile app (com.fieldreport.mobile) and the Field Report web dashboard, both operated by Field Report, LLC.
1. Before You Start
Field Report is a business platform used by brands and agencies to run field marketing programs. Accounts are not created by individuals — they are provisioned by your employer or the organization that engaged you (the “Client”). There is no public sign-up.
Because your account belongs to an organization, the fastest path is to ask that organization’s Field Report administrator to remove it. If you would rather contact us directly, or your organization is unresponsive, use the steps below.
2. How to Request Deletion
- Email support@myfieldreport.io.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your Field Report account and the name of the organization you work with.
We verify your identity against the account on file, notify the Client organization that a request has been made, and confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
3. What Is Deleted and What Is Retained
| Data | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Login credentials and authentication record | Permanently deleted |
| User profile — name, email address, phone number, mailing address | Permanently deleted |
| Profile photo | Permanently deleted |
| Role, market, and program assignments | Permanently deleted |
| Event recaps, sampling and sales figures, inventory transactions, event photos, expense records, consumer feedback | Retained by the Client organization — see section 4 |
Once your account is deleted you can no longer sign in to the Field Report mobile app or web dashboard.
4. Why Some Records Are Retained
Field Report is a system of record for the Client organizations that use it. The business records created during your work — event recaps, sampling and sales figures, inventory transactions, uploaded event photos, expense records, and consumer feedback — belong to the Client organization, not to Field Report or to any individual user.
Those records are retained so that a Client’s campaign reporting, inventory history, and financial records remain complete and accurate after a team member departs. Where a record is displayed alongside the name of the person who submitted it, the Client may retain that attribution as part of its business record.
If you believe a retained record contains personal information that should be removed, email support@myfieldreport.io and we will work with the Client organization to address it.
5. Timing and Retention Periods
- Account and profile data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
- Backup copies are purged on our standard rotation, no later than 90 days after deletion.
- Client-owned business records are retained for as long as the Client maintains its Field Report subscription, and are handled under that Client’s agreement with us when the subscription ends.
